Life Lately: According to Instagram

life rearranged
via

Life lately according to my phone!

  • Miss Aynslee posing for the camera!
  • BabyLips! This color has just enough tint.
  • These are my baseball essentials to get me through CT's games.
  • This precious little girl is CT's cousin. She said "Tiffy, we have matching shoes."
  • A baby shower gift I got that found the perfect home by my window.
  • Happy Administrative Assistant day. My office spoiled me!
  • This little beauty is taped to our employee bathroom mirror. How funny!
  • I'd be darling at it.
  • Last night I made baked pickles. They were so easy (bread them and broil on high 3 minutes each side) and so delicious. Just my kind of food!

    Happy hump day!

Weekly Inspiration [3]

I have this quote on the background of my phone for a daily reminder. I hope it touches ya'll as much as it does me.

We all need to wake up each morning thinking of all the things the Lord has blessed us with. If we have this attitude about life, we should never have a bad day.

Be thankful.
We are all so blessed.

Weekly Inspiration [2]: Happiness

Happiness and success should be our ultimate long term goal, but more importantly something we try to achieve everyday.

Successful people don't tend to be more happy, but happy people tend to be more successful.

We shouldn't rely on achievements to make us happy such as winning a game or getting a raise/promotion. Once those goals are obtained you become unsatisfied, unhappy, and ultimately stressed out again.

If happy people are more successful then how do we become happy?
Invest in people and have an attitude like Jesus.

Philippians 2:3

  • Be kind, caring, and giving [don't be selfish]
  • Be yourself [don't try and impress others]
  • Be humble [don't think you're better than anyone else]
  • Think of others [don't focus on only your own interests]

If you know who you are and you are comfortable in your own skin, you can invest in others like Jesus invested in us.

From here, you can begin to be truly happy.
